Llama Trek Essential Information

Bring – camera, waterproofs and a warm layer (just in case), sturdy footwear. 
Optional – water bottle, hat, sun cream
 
Refreshments are not included on our treks.
 
Windermere Alpaca & Llama stud is a working farm, so dogs are not permitted on the property. 
 
Weather
 
We will still trek in light wind and light rain.  We do not trek in heavy rain, or if heavy rain or snow is forecast.  Under these circumstances we will do our best to move you to a convenient alternate day/date.  If none can be found you will receive a refund of the total price/deposit. 
 
Cancellations
 
By us – 100% refund
By you – 10+ days in advance – 100% refund of your deposit
-          4-9 days – 50% refund of your deposit
-          0-3 days – no refund of your deposit
 
Please note – we do not have EFTPOS or Credit Card facilities.  Payment by cash or cheque only. 
 
Gift Vouchers
Walks can be purchased as gifts, with a “Llama Walk Voucher”. A ‘Llama Walk” voucher makes an unusual gift for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, retirements etc. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
